In this short video, we practice mindfulness with our eyes and the words around us.

3/4: Mindfulness Lesson #3

In this video we learn about the special relationship between breath, body and brain and how to use each to practice mindfulness. 

3-4: : Mindful Reflection

In this lesson we will use our internal tethers of thoughts and feelings and our connections with others to build our mindfulness. A special meditation at the end.

5/6 & 7/8 Mindfulness: Brain & Breath

In this video, we continue our mindfulness lessons, learning how mindfulness and the breath can benefit our brain's stress repsonse and our sense of calm and control. 

5/6 & 7/8: Moving from the Outside In

In this lesson we use our body as a tether to practice paying attention in several exercises including slow moth, partner mirroring and progressive relaxation. 

5/6 & 7/8: Mindful Reflection

In this lesson we think about our thinking and find power and freedom in the space between stimulus and response. 

5/6 & 7/8: Global Literacy

In this video we will expand our awareness to our connections with each other and the world around us. A special meditation at the end.
