About

Prana Mani

energy + jewel

Founded in 2016 by Rebekah Magin, Prana Mani's mission is to educate professionals, parents, and children about the effects trauma can have on learning, relationships, school, and organizational culture and how to prepare for and mitigate these effects.

As a trauma expert with a background in both classroom teaching and social work, today Rebekah travels nationally to share insights from brain research, evidence-based interventions, and how to incorporate the wisdom traditions of yoga and mindfulness into homes, classrooms, and programs.
